To run any in depth fantasy campaign requires sheets and forms to record and recall detailed information, plan the trail, note all that characters have done and keep the Game Master organized. Prophecy includes a number of forms to help the GM run the world and tell an engrossing tale with the players' characters at its heart. Though many have found the forms included in the First Edition clear and useful, we have recieved many requests to spare the bending of books by supplying the forms here.
